Today I looked back to just over a year ago, when I posted one of my first fashion illustrations (left.) I scribbled them just for fun, a leftover habit from the teen years when I wanted to be a fashion designer. But after blogging about it, I fell in love with it, and spent the last year drawing and painting almost every day. Looking back and realizing the progress I’ve made in a year has made me excited to see how much I can progress in the years to come! If you do something every single day, you can and will improve, slowly, but vastly. You never know where it will take you! So, if you want to draw, or paint, or whatever – do it! Every day. There’s no shortcut – just do it!
